The cost of the Assist To Sell program is based on advertising cost and creating a effective advertisement campaign. We place your timeshare for sale on 6 to 10 web sites and manage them, reply to the questions and do all we can to sell your timeshare. We provide the closing service and escrow account for the buyer. We have a business credit card account that is safe and secure. This is not a upfront fee, you are hiring us for a very reasonable fee to sell you timeshare.

Advertise your timeshare on the world wide web. Advertisements will be placed on all the below sites. The staff of eMidsouth will respond to all questions.
The sales price will be up to you and all offers will be submitted for your approval. We will provide you with the links to the advertisements so you will stay informed and refer friends to the ads. The one time fee of $345.00 is all you pay. The net proceeds (sales price less credit card and fees charged by a 3nd party i.e (eBay) will be sent to you at the close of escrow. Vacation Closings will handle all the paperwork.
